Mr. Parker has been a driving force in growing the popularity of alternative dispute resolution in law matters. Mr. Parker has served on the American Bar Association Task Force on Standards of Practice for asset ascertainment, and has been a member of the Financial Committee of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York. Mr. Parker also serves as a Mediator on the New York County Supreme Court’s Roster of Financial Mediators. He has served on the Board of Directors of the business and finance Mediation Counsel of Greater New York, and is a co-founder of the New York Collaborative Law Group.
